While we are here working our regular business hours of 8 – 4:30 Monday through Friday the office is closed to foot traffic. The wellbeing and safety of our employees, current tenants and prospects is our top priority. If you have an emergency please contact our office immediately at 217.345.7368 or for any after hours emergency please call 217.549.5024. We will be handling emergency work orders only at this time, ex. water leak, toilet issues, no heat etc.
Rent payments can be made online payments for which you may contact the office to set up. We also have a rent drop box located in the front of our office.
We have temporarily closed saunas, hot tubs, tanning beds and work out facilities located on our properties.
Unique Properties is taking every precaution in our buildings by the additional sanitizing of door knobs, hand rails, elevators etc. We ask that tenants take the same precautions by increasing hand washing and keeping apartments cleaned and sanitized.
